Browning Ground Beef

To brown ground beef, preheat your frying pan for just a minute or two, on medium setting.

The pan is hot when a few drops of water sizzle.

Add the meat and�

Using a wooden spoon or a spatula, gently mash and stir and twist and turn the meat as it cooks.

Cook the beef until all the pink has disappeared.

This should take about 5 to 7 minutes.

Using a colander�strain off the excess fat.

That keeps it healthy and tasty!
