I love how nutritious and simple salads are to make! I also like topping a salad with with pre-cooked Lentils that come pre-packaged at my local Trader Joes, red onion slices and a few fresh marinated mozerella balls. I toss the leaves first in a Balsamic Vinaegrette dressing for a more even distribution of the dressing, rather than ‘pouring’ on after the fact.

This past weekend I discovered that you can beautifully slice small fresh mozzarella balls with an egg slicer!
