Greetings Kathy;
Your website is absolutely great, and I wanted to make sure you were aware that people appreciate it. I’m the principle cook in our household, and though at 50 years of age I’m not exactly a beginner, there are many little tips and tricks I’ve never learned. For me, that’s the principle beauty of your site. Your instructions are simple, to the point, and easy to understand.
I hope this effort pays off for you and that you stay with it for a long time to come.
Best regards,
Steve

Hi, Kathy. I really enjoy watching your videos. I always find cooking so difficult to handle but you made it so simple. Thanks for the job done.
I’m kind of lactose intolerant and I’m a vegetarian. (Not so strict thouth ’cause vegetable protein seems to be not nutritious enough for me. Occasionally I eat meat) Can you recommend some vegetarian recipes? Thanks:)
Best wishes

Hi Lily,
Thanks for the kudos!
I am sorry to hear about your nutritional issues. I do have quite a few recipes that fall into the “Vegetarian” category listed in the index.
I think your best bet might be to contact your health care provider and ask to have a few sessions with a professional dietitian.
Best of luck,
Kathy
