White chocolate and frozen berries
- 1/2 pint of blueberries
- 1/2 pint of red rasberries
- 1/2 pint of blackberries - cut in half
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 10 ounces of white chocolate - chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Freeze berries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Once the berries are frozen, remove them from the tray and store them in a baggie in the freezer until ready to use.
Melt the heavy cream, chocolate and vanilla extract together
Just before serving, put the frozen berries in a single layer in individual serving dishes.
Pour the hot melted chocolate mixture over the berries.
