Potatoes – Mashed

serves 4 - 6

Wash the potatoes.

Peel the potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into 1 1/2 inch chunks.

Put the potatoes in sauce pan and cover with water (adding 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot is optional).

Cover the pot and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer. Simmer 20 minutes.

Drain the potatoes.

Add milk, butter, salt and pepper (Adjust amounts to your taste).

Start mashing!

Keep mashing until the potatoes are creamy and lump free.
