- 3 3/4 inch thick lamb chops
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on both sides of each lamb chop.
Preheat your non-stick pan on high heat. Add about 1 Tablespoon of water to the pan. When the water has evaporated, your pan should be hot enough.
Fry the chops in the pan, flip them after 3 ½ minutes to 4 minutes. Continuing cooking on the flip side for another 3 ½ to 4 minutes.
