Cinnamon Croutons
serves 4
- 4 slices of bread (25 g. / 0.9 oz)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of butter (melted)
Preheat oven to 375 degree
Trim crusts off bread. Cut the bread into small cubes.
Put bread into medium size bowl.
Mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on bread. Adjust the amount of cinnamon and sugar to your taste.
Pour melted butter over bread and toss gently.
Add more cinnamon and sugar if desired
Spread seasoned bread onto non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake for 6 minutes. Stir. Continue baking for another 3 minutes or until toasted.
