Chocolate Bark
serves 8
- 12 ounces of white chocolate chips
- 1 cup of dried cranberries
- 1 cup of Spanish peanut
Melt the white chocolate chips slowly in the microwave.
Add cranberries and nuts and gently mix everything together.
Drop on wax paper by the spoonfuls or spread out onto a 9X13 inch pan which has been lined with wax paper.
Refrigerate until hard.
Break apart and serve.
Store in tin in refrigerator.
