Vinaigrette salad dressing

serves 6

• 1/4 cup of vinegar
• 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
• teaspoon of salt
• 2 grinds of fresh pepper
• 3/4 cup of olive oil

Whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; then slowly whisk the oil.
