Today’s dish is meatloaf
The equipment and ingredients necessary to make this recipe will be at the end of this video.

All meat loaf is made with ground beef… Or…for extra flavor…
meat loaf mix… which is a combination of
ground veal…
ground beef…
and ground pork…

For our first meatloaf…Using a large bowl mix together
2 pounds of meat with
One envelope of Onion Soup mix
3/4 cups of plain dry bread crumbs
2 Eggs
3/4 cup of water and
1/3 cup of ketchup
You could use a spoon to mix this all together, but I find my… just washed hands…work better.

Now just scoop it out into a pan that measures
13 inches long by 9 inches wide by 2 inches high.
Shape the meat into a loaf.
For extra flavor…spread about 1/3 cup of ketchup over the top.

Bake it for about 1 hour at 350 degrees or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees
Let it stand for at least 15 minutes before you cut into it!
It will slice much easier if you wrap it up and serve it for tomorrow night’s dinner.
