Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Wash the lettuce and arrange it on two plates.

Cut the pear in half and remove the core. Cut it into slices or chunks and put 1/2 on each plate.

Trim the rind off the blue cheese, divide it in half and crumble it onto the plates.

Garnish the salads with pecans.

Add dressing as desired.
