CRISPY CHICKEN

serves 4

  • 2 cups of French-fried onions - crushed
  • 4 chicken breasts - Boneless (5 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 egg - beaten

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Coat chicken breasts with beaten egg and pat on the crushed French-fried onions.

Put the chicken breasts in an un-greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until there is no pink left on the inside.

Note:
You may substitute the egg for 1/4 cup of mayonnaise OR 1/4 Cup of melted butter OR 3 Tablespoons of mustard
