FRUIT DIP

serves 6

  • 12 macaroons - crushed into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 pint of dairy sour cream

Mix together: macaroons, brown sugar and sour cream. (Greek style yogurt may be substituted for sour cream)

Chill for about 1 hour before serving.

Serve with assorted fresh fruits.

Garnish with fresh mint.
