ONION DIP

serves 6

• 1 packet/envelope of dried onion soup mix
• 16 ounces of sour cream

Mix together the ingredients.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving

SPINACH DIP

serves 8

• 1 cup of mayonnaise
• 1 cup of sour cream
• 2 teaspoons of garlic - crushed
• 1 package of frozen spinach - defrosted and squeezed dry
• 1 tablespoon of dried dill (optional)

Mix together all the ingredients. (3/4 teaspoon of garlic powder may be substituted for fresh garlic)

Refrigerate until ready to serve
