WHITE CHOCOLATE AND FROZEN BERRIES

serves 4

  • 1/2 pint of blueberries
  • 1/2 pint of red rasberries
  • 1/2 pint of blackberries - cut in half
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 10 ounces of white chocolate - chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Freeze berries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Once the berries are frozen, remove them from the tray and store them in a baggie in the freezer until ready to use.

Melt the heavy cream, chocolate and vanilla extract together

Just before serving, put the frozen berries in a single layer in individual serving dishes.

Pour the hot melted chocolate mixture over the berries.

Serve!
