Chocolate Fudge Brownies

2.Chocolate Fudge Brownies are everyone’s favorite and are surprisingly simple to make.

3.An ingredient and equipment list is at the end of this video.

4.Place the oven rack in the middle position of your oven and then preheat the oven to 350 degrees…

5.Line an 8 inch square baking pan with tin foil.

6.Then spray the foil with some non-stick cooking spray.

7.Set the pan aside while we make the brownies.

8.Just eight ingredients are needed to make these brownies!
-Butter
-Unsweetened cocoa
-Sugar
-Eggs
-Vanilla extract
-Flour
-Salt
-And Chopped walnuts

9.Let’s start with the butter…14 Tablespoons of butter need to get cut into pieces.

10.Then place the pieces into a large microwave-safe bowl and melt the butter in the microwave.

11.This will take about a minute.

12.While the butter is melting…measure
13.1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa and
14.1 1/4 cups of sugar

15.Add the cocoa powder to the butter and whisk it together.

16.Now whisk in the sugar.

17.Set this bowl aside for just a moment.

18.Crack 3 eggs into a medium bowl…lightly beat them with 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.

19.Add the egg and vanilla mixture to the cocoa mixture and whisk it all together.

20.Add a pinch of salt.

21.Measure 1/2 cup of flour and mix that into the batter.

22.If you like walnuts…fold in 1 cup.

23.Pour the batter into the prepared pan …With a spatula be sure to scrape the bowl clean!

24.Put the pan in the oven. These brownies will take about 30 minutes to cook.

25.Check to see if they are done by sticking a toothpick into the center of the brownies.

26.It should have some moist crumbs attached to it.

27.Be careful not to over bake your brownies!

28.Remove brownies from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.

29.Flip the brownies onto a wire rack and peel away the foil.

30.Now flip them upright onto a cutting board and start cutting.

31.Pour yourself a cold glass of milk…and enjoy!
