Manic Mommiesposted in Lists and Leftovers by Kathy MaisterLast week I had the pleasure of meeting two quite extraordinary women who host a podcast series called Manic Mommies. This delightful series is about “juggling kids, careers, husbands, and households”. I sat down with them last week to talk about startcooking.com. Like many fans of startcooking.com, Erin and Kristen want quick, easy, tasty and nutritious meals to serve to their families. I was delighted to hear Erin had successfully tried many of the startcooking.com recipes. I have a feeling one of Kristen’s goals would be to hire a personal chef! For the past two years Manic Mommies has been working away, and have developed over 77 audio podcasts designed for young mothers trying to manage their busy lives. They are not only informative but also fun to listen to. I would highly recommend tuning into what Kristen and Erin have to say. For many, it will be like making new friends! Manic Mommies is indeed an amazing resource! The best part is that you don’t have to have children to enjoy and learn from all the great things they offer on their site. (Do you think they ever sleep?) :) Post a Comment0 trackbacksTrackback URL:http://startcooking.com/trackback.php?id=230 |

I'm a loyal Manic Mommies listener, and I loved the show when Erin and Kristen interviewed you. That episode led me to your web site. The Mommies rock, and this web site is a terrific resource. I feel like there are about 6 things I can cook competently. It's pretty high risk beyond that. So thank you for expanding my repertoire! Keep up the good work.
