Hi Kathy! I just found your site while trying to find instructions on how to cook bacon in the microwave (which I did learn how to on this site, thanks!). I looked around and love the way you present information and the other recipe videos. I'll definitely come back for those as well as these tips and techniques videos! I've been teaching myself to cook for the past year and have plenty of questions I'm sure I'll find answers to here.
